Founder & President

Lauren "Elle" Smith

An accomplished businesswoman and human resources professional, Mrs. Smith is a passionate advocate for women's advancement and civic engagement in local communities. Her career and personal life have taken her around the world—for academic pursuits, philanthropy, and leisure alike. It is this same devotion to serving others that inspired her to found Kappa Psi Theta Fraternity.

Zachias "Zee" West

A master barber and an active force helping to reshape our organization, Zee holds the distinguished role of High Emissary. With every precise line, the Fraternity thrives through her efforts.
